A Call to Joyful Warriors

During these challenging times of planetary, political, and cultural disruption, I find inspiration in quotes. This one is from Kamala Harris’ autobiography.

“My daily challenge to myself is to be part of the solution, to be a joyful warrior in the battle for the soul of the country. My challenge to you is to join that effort. Let’s not throw up our hands when it’s time to roll up our sleeves.”

As a movement coach, my daily practice (challenge) is to heed the healing guidance of body wisdom and share this way of natural knowing with my students.

My question (challenge) to you is:

  • What skills do you need to polish?
  • What insights do you wish to acquire?
  • Which self-limiting habits are you committed to evolving?
  • Which best practices do you want to cultivate?

Take a moment to listen inside for your answer then follow through.
