Co-Founder and Chief Vitality Officer
I'm passionate about helping people grow Lifelong Legs℠, and learning to walk efficiently — away from pain, and toward greater vitality.
Dr. Suki has taught dance, fitness and biomechanics to students of all ages for more than 45 years, beginning in 1975 under the guidance of post-modern dance pioneer Anna Halprin. A Registered Somatic Movement Therapist and Educator, she earned her doctorate in Movement Arts with a dissertation on Body Transformation, a life-long research pursuit. Interviewed on The Richard Simmons Show in 1988, the fitness guru introduced her as "Dr. Suki," a nickname that stuck. Thousands of students worldwide move with greater efficiency and ease using her Dynamic Walking℠ program, featured in Prevention Magazine and Prevention's Complete Book of Walking.
Co-Founder and Chief Mindfulness Officer
My deepest gratification is in giving clients the tools to master vitality for self-healing, improving learning and optimizing performance.

He trains clients to make smarter choices in health promotion and lifestyle management. Russell has been coaching swimmers for 51 years, and won gold in the national Amateur Athletic Union 4-mile at age 43. He began practicing Asian movement arts in 1968 and is a certified Integral Qigong and Tai Chi Teacher.
Integral Qigong and Tai Chi Teacher
I love sharing the joy and healing available in energy–oriented movement arts and ancient traditions.
Riley is certified as an Integral Qigong and Tai Chi teacher, as a Wisdom Healing Zhineng Qigong teacher, and holds a black belt in Aikido. She also works with children with neuro-development differences. Her teaching of Qigong and Tai Chi draws on years of training in Aikido and practicing yoga, bodywork modalities, and meditation.
After studying with Suki and Russell for several years, she was asked to be their substitute teacher.
Dynamic Walk Leader, Neuro-Muscular Reprogramming Practitioner
Bodywork alone could not correct my hip and low back dysfunction bothering me for years. After two years practicing Dynamic Walking, I am able to consistently avoid hip pain, and self-correct as necessary.
Dion has been practicing NeuroMuscular Reprogramming (NMR) and mixed bodywork modalities since graduating Alive and Well Institute of Bodywork in 2011.
He has trained as a Dynamic Walking Leader, co-facilitates classes with Suki and Russell and consults on mutual clients. Dion also provides one-on-one Dynamic Walking instruction to his NMR clients suffering dysfunctions in their ankles, knees, hips and neck. "I'm able to help them regain a pain free stride." He practices in the East Bay and Marin County.
Office Manager and Dynamic Walk Leader in training
When life starts to spiral, and my body pushes back, I simply reset using my Dynamic Walking training, and get back on track. This has served me well for the past 22 years.
Sami first began working with Suki in 1994, a job she inherited from her mother, Justine, one of the original Dynamic Walk Leaders. A busy working mother of 3, Sami uses Dynamic Walking throughout her day to keep her body moving efficiently and get everything done.
