Standing Has Never Been So Easy

I remember a  broadway play years years ago called, Stop the World, I Want to Get Off.  The title stuck with me. Often, amidst the busyness of life we forget we can stop, take a breath and regain inner calmness.

The trick is using a neutral posture. When we stand balanced, our body language reinforces our feelings of relaxation rather than making us feel we are 'taking a position on something’.
