Co-Founder and Chief Vitality Officer
I'm passionate about helping people live and age with Dynamic Vitality.
Dr. Suki has taught dance, fitness and biomechanics to students of all ages for more than 45 years, beginning in 1975 under the guidance of post-modern dance pioneer Anna Halprin. A Registered Somatic Movement Therapist and Educator, she earned her doctorate in Movement Arts with a dissertation on Body Transformation, a life-long research pursuit. Interviewed on The Richard Simmons Show in 1988, the fitness guru introduced her as "Dr. Suki," a nickname that stuck. Thousands of students worldwide move with greater efficiency and ease using her Dynamic Walking℠ program, featured in Prevention Magazine and Prevention's Complete Book of Walking.

Office Manager and Dynamic Walk Leader
When life starts to spiral, and my body pushes back, I simply reset using my Dynamic Walking training, and get back on track. This has served me well for the past 30 years.
Sami first began working with Suki in 1994, a job she inherited from her mother, an original Dynamic Walk Leader. A busy working mother of 3, Sami uses Dynamic Walking throughout her day to keep her body moving efficiently and get everything done.
Dynamic Walking Coach and co-Teacher
Dana's grandmother, a massage therapist, infused a special sense of the trust and openness that has influenced her unique teaching and bodywork style. Dana has been in private practice since 1987 and teaching since 1995. Dana first trained with Suki 35 years ago at the Transformations Institute and in 2018 took the Dynamic Walking teacher training. Dana is now co-teaching with Suki in both the Dynamic Walking for Lifelong Legs program and the teacher training.
