Dynamic Stretching with Dr. Suki
Fall in love with stretching as you learn to work with your body and breath, not against them. Dynamic Stretching is a tool kit of exercises developed from yoga, Gyrotonic, Qigong and the Movement Ritual series of Anna Halprin. Selected and sequenced to most efficiently achieve your needs and goals, your set of stretches will be drawn from those performed on a mat, seated, against a barre or on a trail. You will learn to:
- Use your legs, skeleton and core for support and release muscular tensions.
- Rebuild a relaxed, neutral balance.
- Return your body to a younger, healthier stage of life.
- Listen deeply to your body's guidance when stretching and breathing.
