TRAINING CERTIFICATIONS, LEVELS & SKILLS:


Level I - Dynamic Walk Leader - 15 hours

Learn and model a bio mechanically efficient walking and stretching program.

Analyze stride & correct common walking problems.

Deliver the essentials of fitness walking.

 

Level II – Dynamic Fitness Instructor – 15 hours*

Improve on previous training.

Add new client services in video posture & stride analysis.

*Additional skills sets in power, speed, hiking, balance and swimming can be arranged. 


Level III – Dynamic Fitness Trainer – 15 hours*

Train to teach instructors.

*Additional skills sets in power, speed, hiking, balance and swimming can be arranged.




TRAINING METHODS:

Personalized one on one and small group instruction in Marin, California

At home study and practice with students

Correspondence and Skype
